I’m Niko Mickelis, founder of Mickelis & Co., a real estate investment company based in Houston, Texas. I’ve been helping homeowners across the city sell their properties quickly and stress-free, with 60+ successful closings a year. From distressed homes to inherited properties and everything in between, I specialize in creative real estate solutions — including cash offers, seller financing, and direct-to-seller deals.

Before starting Mickelis & Co., I built my reputation working with top-performing investment firms where I consistently ranked as a leading acquisitions specialist. My ability to negotiate win-win deals, spot undervalued opportunities, and move fast has helped me stand out in one of the country’s most competitive markets.

I’m also a proud graduate of the University of Houston, with a background in Restaurant, Hotel, and Hospitality Management. My work ethic and passion for serving people come from growing up in the family business — Cleburne Cafeteria, a Houston institution for over 80 years.
